Systemic Approach to Implementing the Key Principles of Equity™

Structure: The training sessions will engage participants with interactive coaching modules through the Courageous Equity Leadership Toolkit which will provide theory, application and practice for leading Equity and Excellence. Through the Courageous Equity Leadership Toolkit, the training sessions will guide the participants to leadership skills to close the racial and linguistic achievement gap.

After each training session, the teams will be provided an Equity in Action implementation step to transfer their learning(s) into immediate action. The Courageous Equity Leadership Toolkit will provide the participants with; District and Site Level Equity Audit rubric, Equity Templates, Equity/Race discussion articles, and Facilitators guide to small group and large group Equity activities.
