EDEquity, Inc. in partnership with school districts provides a comprehensive Instructional Coaching staff development model that will address the key principles of Instructional Coaching for Equity and Results to closing the gap. The coaching model will provide a clear and focused support plan to create and foster strategies to increase student achievement. Grounded in the current research of instructional coaching, district and school coaches (math, literacy, BTSA, ELD and other content-focused coaches) will gain a deeper knowledge and skills of the coaching cycle to support improved instructional delivery. The coaching model is to enhance Administrators and Instructional Coaches’ capacity as instructional leaders.
